Ryan the Rot Wilder Rotariu versus his doubles partner Navid the Heartthrob Khodarahmi in an epic battle of the greats. The well matched and highly skilled duo set out on the Foose battlefield in a best of seven spill your guts championship.
The back and forth matches started with Ryan victorious in the first game. Overconfident he fell hard to Navid in the next. Down 9-4 in the thrird game it looked as if Navid was going to cruise to his first championship title. But the kid from Regina Saskatchewan did not give up. He pulled off an amazing 5 goal comeback to force the win by two and end game three on top. After alternating wins a few more times the once close teammates forced game seven.
Who would rise victorious?!
Who wanted it more?!
Game seven started slow, each player tentative, cautiously sizing the other up. It was a match of skill and control and after battling to a 4 to 4 deadlock Navid poured it on. Goal after goal he took control. His skills and technique were unmatched and he played like a true champ….
But this story is not done. Could the comeback kid pull off another miracle charge? Down 9-4 Ryan refocused and pushed the tempo. His extreme crash and bang style of play changed the landscape of the game. He scored one, and then another. Navid gave everything he had in response; however, Ryan, known for his unbelievable saves and python-like reflexes stoned each and every shot Navid took. 9-9…
Could Ryan pull off another astonishing comeback?
Would Navid steal the show and crush Ryans hope in a win by two goals game seven showdown?
The final two goals were scored amidst the best play of the championship and now champion Ryan would like to thank his mother for blessing him with amazing talent.
Navid will go on to seek additional counseling along with rehab for doping. The two will bring down the Foose world when they return in the New Year better than ever.
